The plot of land was allotted to the plaintiff's co-operative society as a member of the plaintiff's cooperative society through a suit society notice against the maintenance of sections 54, 70 and 70 of the Cooperative Society Act 1925. And because of the failure of the plaintiff to pay the utility charges, the Society canceled the notice under section 70 of the Co-operative Society Act, 1925, instead of addressing the registrar of the Co-operative Societies, which was addressed to the Secretary. In relation to matters referred to in section 70A (1) (a) (b) (c) of the Society Act 1925, the Society's objection to the jurisdiction of the Civil Court was raised by the validity of the Civil Society. Was excluded where the case for setting up the case was within the jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the Registrar or its designated or arbitral sector.
