PROF. DR. M. FAHEEMUDDIN versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
The Central Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance 1972 section 14 (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 213 (3) appointed the Chairman of the Intermediate and Secondary Education Board on the basis of deputation and he retired on acquisition services. The age of the unstable tribunal service tribunal was correct in assuming that after the termination of his term of service, he could not hold the post of chairman of the board and his appointment automatically terminated, which was approved by the service tribunal. The decision was not made. There was no legal flaw or weakness and there was no question of the law of public importance under Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution, which refused to allow the appeal of the bail to interfere with the Supreme Court.
