MUHAMMAD AMJAD ALI KHAN versus SHAFIQ AHMED
Applicants in the R9 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3), for appointment in the judiciary, held that the applicants had requested in the intra-court appeal that the additional 50 positions be adjusted. Contrary to his position, his appointment was rejected in this direction. The competing defendants had accepted their offer of appointment against future positions, so the matter was closed and closed and the tribunal had no jurisdiction to reopen. Before the intra-court appeal was resolved, the 50 posts against which the candidates requested the appointment were filled, therefore, in view of the decision presented in it, they were entitled to the appointment against the vacant posts, which are vacant posts. The decisions are being made available and they have to be determined by the seniority and appointments against the 50 positions should be heard before making an arbitrary decision regarding their interests.
