Arbitration 21, 23 and 47 Arbitration Procedure Arbitration related to failure to file an application under section 21 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, the respondents of the arbitration refused to engage in any arbitration proceeding but said that Unaware Revision is decided in relation to an award announced by an arbitrator. Such arbitration proceedings were in violation of Sections 21, 23 and 47 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, and the award was obtained, while the proceedings in the review petitions were pending before the High Court, without the intervention of the court, the award was arbitrary. The provisions of Sections 14 and 17 of the 1940 Act cannot be ruled by a procurement court where all interested parties have agreed to the award, which can be used as a compromise / application for a circumstance.
