At the same time, she refused to accept the husband's request that the wife divorced after a week of divorce and that the wife was entitled to marry for one week, which was the period of marital provision and the duration of the marriage period. Only restoration was allowed for, in the absence of any jurisdictional error, illegal, misuse or excess of jurisdiction, claimed by it. Constitutional application cannot interfere with existing decisions by the High Court
