The order in which the said order was passed shows that the magistrate never applied the facts of the matter and thus did not have legal sanctity in which it would appear that the dispute between the parties. The settlement was on record, but the magistrate did not comply. Explain that in the presence of this document there is a breach of the peace in such cases. Was declared invalid.
