Earlier, Section 767676, CRPC read with section 333, PPC was not applicable Sindh was a hold-rent controller under the Rated Premises Ordinance 1979, section 7676 Cr of the Civil Courts given in the CPC I was involved in a court and therefore could confess to a crime. Section 476 Cr Cr CCP amending powers of the Sessions Court under SA 39 ACPC was only in relation to proceedings before a magistrate while the execution under security on476 Cr PC could not be a Court Magistrates Sessions Court Therefore, it could not exercise the revision option and the injunction was without jurisdiction and consequently the rent controller was remanded for review of the application filed under section 767676.
