Punjab Civil Servant (Talent and Discipline) Rules 1975 Re-3 (b) and 4 (1) (b) (iii) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) Misconduct Appeals to Second Inquiry Effect Service Tribunal Civil By allowing the servant to observe that the rolls against a public servant are being sought by the Supreme Court as a means of turning in an appeal for a second regular inquiry leave, it has been observed that the department will be able to take further action against the civil servant. Completion of the Second Inquiry The appointment of a public servant by law shall be subject to the outcome of the second inquiry initiated against him.
