JAMIL AHMED versus PROVINCE OF SINDH


Sindh Local Government Ordinance 1979 Sections 8 and 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application proposed to exclude areas from the territorial limits of the municipal corporation authority through its notification, which included some of the territorial jurisdiction of the municipal corporation. It was suggested to exclude areas / villages. The said municipal corporation has long been a parcel and residents of the aforesaid areas are enjoying all the events of the city constituency which the aforesaid municipal corporation applicants have claimed in their constitutional petition notification that it is outrageous, Blasphemy has been issued against and against. The wishes of the residents of these areas had successfully demonstrated that the notification was issued with good faith, with political motivation, the good faith was declared illegal and void and the High Court upheld it. The claim was canceled that there was no such thing. Notification to maintain valid notification
