MUHAMMAD SHAKOOR versus STATE

Sections 9 (c) and 29 narcotics, evidence of conscientious knowledge of the value of evidence recovered to prove charcuterie weighing 159 2 kg were recovered from the car's secret caves in use by both accused, The trial court sentenced the accused and sentenced him. The High Court did not find any deficiency in the trial court's decision which resulted in the conviction and the sentence being upheld.
