MUKHTIAR versus STATE

Section 497 (2) Narcotic Substance Control (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (B) possession of drug paraphernalia, grants of further investigation were not allegedly directly related to the alleged possession of the forensic science report. The recovered substances were still awaited, so, on the appropriate basis it is necessary to suggest that further investigation is needed in the case of the accused, the accused was released on bail in the circumstances.
