The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302, 324 and 337F (v) arrested the accused after he was injured in the incident with Kalashnikov in his hand and the crime was committed from an empty place. The purpose was to start a commission. The accused and his accomplices were pre-planned, thought-provoking and disturbing and could not be relieved of criminal responsibility on the basis that they had no common intention that the four men were brutally killed. Was done and there was no reduction in favor of it. The decisions of the trial court and the High Court were based solely on the proper definition of evidence and were among the four principles laid down for the safe management of criminal justice. The appeal of the accused was dismissed in the circumstances.
