REHMAN ALI versus STATE
Pakistan Penal Code Section 320/331 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), guilty of payment of Section 439 Ditto money and sentenced to two years imprisonment. The convict was sentenced and only the payment of the dues was unsafe, the accused prayed that he had no means to pay the dues and if he was released on bail he would pay the dith within three years. He will be sentenced to two years in 36 equal installments. He was ordered to be released on bail for three years by the accused while praying for the said period. If Ran Dit's money was not paid, the accused will be re-detained and held. He will be treated like a prisoner and a criminal, leaving him in simple confinement.
