AVIATION AUTHORITY versus TAQI MOHTASIB (OMBUDSMAN)
Section 5 employees of the Civil Aviation Authority did not defend such employees from the defense of Pakistan. The function of the authority was not related to the defense of Pakistan or the military, naval or air force of the country, in accordance with the provisions of the Pakistan Army Act 1952. As well as similar laws pertaining to the Navy and the Air Force, the employees of the Authority were not covered by any such matters explicitly covered in the Constitution and the persons referred to them.
