SHAH MUHAMMAD CHAUDHRY versus FEDERAL SERVICE TRIBUNAL
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 4 appeal before the service tribunal was dismissed by the public servant when the matter was to be kept pending by the public servant. Was under trial. After the decision of the Rehabilitation Review Committee and the Appeals Committee, such appeal was filed before the Tribunal where there was no time restriction where the case of the Government employee was referred to the Committee and the matter was decided there. Pending, there was no opportunity for civil. The Service Tribunal did not overlook the fact of the matter, and the service tribunal's finding that a civil servant case had been reached, unless a final decision was taken to refer the Servant Service Tribunal. A timely ban was put under which the decision of the service tribunal was set aside. The court changed the application for leave to appeal and remanded the case accordingly
