Sections 365A, 353, 324 and 419 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 (b) (e) (h) of Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 of the Law on Martyrdom (10 of 1984), Section 22 defines abduction, assault or criminal force, attempted murder, attempted murder, personal fraud, acts of terrorism and the possession of unlicensed weapons to prevent the abduction of a civil servant from the recognition parade. The kidnapper was known and paraded more than two months after the incident. Such identification had no identifiable value in the eyes of the law of the parade, in the present case, the trial.
