The Constitution of Pakistan Article Article 199, 9 and 13 of the Guardians and Wards Act (VIII 1890), Sections 29 and 31 provides that the applicant is available to the applicant before taking constitutional jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan. Other remedies have to be terminated (1973); this was not a complicated principle, but it was a routine of constitutional plea against the defendants who were the real mother and husband of the applicant. There are serious allegations against them and the property demands that Petition should be entertained and judgment should be made on merit. In the constitutional petition, the High Court had pointed out that the possibility of infringement of fundamental rights of minors is likely to be from the High Court.
