During the previous litigation, the Sindh Tenant Premise Ordinance 1979 Sections 15 (2) (ii) and 18 did not give effect to the default notice or change in ownership of the houses. Instead of submitting the rent in the name of the former landlord, it was leased to the landlord who purchased the land in question from the original landlord, who was unable to find the landlord correctly. That is the default in paying rent.
