After finalizing the implementation of Article 47 and 115 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Code of Conduct, 1973, the petitioner filed a review against the order before which the High Court and the High Court. Just deleted it with a few hits. There was no finding, but for the gross misconduct of the opposition, there was no party before the court. The proceedings were dismissed as observations with no jurisdiction and the constitutional petition based on Malala was dismissed in the circumstances.
