The jurisdiction of the High Court, not of the political areas in the tribal area, cannot be excluded within the scope of Article 247 (7) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973) under Article 199 of the Constitution, the High Court should look into this matter and Have the option of protecting Citizens of Citizens Guaranteed under the Constitution
