Section 2 and 3 of the Evacuation Property and Displaced Persons Act (1975), West Pakistan Recovery and Settlement Scheme, Paras 4 (a) (viii) and 31 (ix) Displaced Persons (Land Settlement) Act (1958) XLVII), section 14B [Land Settlement (Amendment) Act (Amendment) Act of 1978 (XXXVI of 1978)] to the tenant applicants who pay the landlord a third of the production.
