The Code of Conduct 1908 prohibits the filing of a 48-decree petition before the amendment of Article 48 was passed against the decree-holder of the CPC; After which the objection was raised by the decision-maker. In section 48, such an application was banned in the CPC, both courts dismissing such objection by the decision-maker. The correct decision was not relevant to the modification operation, which was implemented under a non-declaratory law filed by the decree, which provided a 12-year term. Both courts rightly rejected the decision-maker's objection
