AFGHAN, NATIONAL BANK PAKISTAN (PVT.) LTD. versus ROSHAN BUKHARI
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII 1968), Section O12 Job was not honorably discharged from the job at the age of employment and was not charged. It was assumed that neither the old age could be crossed, nor could it be proved that they were subjected to the activities of their trade union. Employees were first retired on the basis that employees were sixty years old. The retirement of employees was being practiced continuously since the age of 18. In this case an agreement was reached between the employer bank and the collective bargaining agent, in which case the retirement of the employees, after attaining the age of sixty, was not objectionable.
