The applicant / candidate for conducting the admission test for admission to the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Act 1974 section 24 (2) (a) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Engineering University could not pass such examination and so on. Recommendation attacked. The test was approved by the syndicate, and such approval began the implementation of a university decision and was immediately applied to the Academic Council or the Syndicate University of Engineering for this matter. (2) (A) was entitled to take such a decision. The entry test conducted by the Technology, Lahore Act, 1974 was, therefore, correct and it was beyond any legal objection.
