HAMIDA QURESHI versus SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF POPULATION WELFARE, GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) Retirement of Medical Service on Medical grounds After employment on the basis of Medical Retirement, the Medical Board was disqualified for subsequent service and after such eight years he was employed. Was retired from a civil servant. Retirement requested his reinstatement on the basis that his health was restored and he was able to perform his official duties because the department refused to restore him, as the first medical board made it more official. Was permanently disqualified for the supremacy of the service tribunal. Following the material available on the record, the government employees dismissed the appeal in the appeal filed by the Validity Service Tribunal. Government employees failed to identify any important question of law involved in the case; the Supreme Court refused to interfere with the order of the service tribunal.
