The Pakistan Penal Code Section 426 (1A) Contempt of Appeals (XLV of 1860), section 302/324/34, was filed against the conviction only six days after the order of the suspension sentence, a decision of three years and six months. Did not happen despite the period. The prosecution had expired, unable to say whether they said the sentence was suspended because of the delay.
