R12A Constitution Pakistan, Article 212 (3) Adjusting the Date of Birth At the time of joining the service, the date of birth of the public servant (applicant) was recorded in his secondary school certificate and in the year 1953. The public servant in the service claimed that his original date of birth was 2 1958, and as a result a lawsuit was established to correct his date of birth, according to which the public servant in his favor gave his birth date. I approached my department for correction, but the representation filed by government employees failed and the appeal filed before the service tribunal was dismissed. In the present case the idea of changing the date of birth would not be valid after the final and thereafter no change in history would be permissible. It was a public servant's question that a government employee who joined this job in 1982 How could he not know his actual date of birth, especially after more than two decades, especially when he was at various stages during his education and during his service? Appeal requests for leave on numerous exam forms, pro forms as well as service book requests were excluded in the circumstances
