The Right to Speak in the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 57, 92 (1) and 199 Parliament refuses to hold the Federal Minister's post with the Finance Minister presenting the mini-bill to the National Assembly, which was the Senate as Senator. Not done. The Prime Minister, a Federal Minister, the Minister of State and the Attorney General have the right to speak and otherwise participate in the constitutional right of the Federal Minister to the House or a joint meeting or any of its committees, whether that member. Members of the National Assembly or the Senate could not and could not be terminated on the basis of any other external considerations for transferring the finance bill.
