Inaccurate statements of the co-accused also pointed to the crime of the accused before the registration of this case the accused was involved in a similar case and the property belonging to the accused and his family and the money left in different bank belonging to them. The defendant's accounts exceeded many of the defendant's well-known sources of livelihood, and his family had reasonable grounds to understand that the accused involved in the crime was involved, in which case his bail was exempt.
