ABDUL RASHID KHAN versus PRESIDENT, SERVICES INSTITUTE P.A.F.; BASE, LAHORE
Partnership Act 1932 Sections 60 (b) and 62 (c) licenses were canceled by the parties, the licensees were licensed to operate petrol pumps for a period of two years. Two years, the licensors demanded a license renewal, but the licensees' request was not processed by the licensors. The license granted to them cannot be canceled even after expiry. For two years the structure of the petrol pump was not built by license under a super structure license, but under the lease agreement it was constructed for ten years before the parties when the lease expired. The license will always be voluntarily terminated with a term agreement. After the expiry the grantor / licensors had no power, irrespective of the fact that any superstructures were picked up by the licensors or that the license granted to them was irrevocable.
