MUHAMMAD RUSTAM versus MUHAMMAD MALIK
Special Relief Act 1877 Sections 9 and 54 After the Permanent Order of a Prohibition Order, a lawsuit was filed for a permanent injunction to prevent the plaintiffs from forcibly evading the land after the amendment. That during the course of the trial, the defendants forcibly disposed of the plaintiff in a dispute over a substantial portion of the land and that the plaintiff sought an injunction for ownership to the extent that the plaintiff did so through this amended claimant. According to his statement, he has occupied some part of the land in the dispute, there is no question. In his favor an issue of decree for ownership arose, but the remedy was left to the Revenue Authorities in the matter of division of land in the dispute, which he was already treating.
