Appeal to the Supreme Court against the provisional limitation of the service tribunal of section 47 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution. The service tribunal dismissed the appeal filed by the appellant / civil servant and the order of dismissal was formally notified to the appellant's counsel three days later. The service tribunal, but notwithstanding such information, appealed against him in the Supreme Court, stating that an order had been filed after the delay of nineteen days in which the appellant was against the time limit. The explanation offered was described and his lawyer said that a decision on his release was delayed. Since they were exchanged at that time and because of their mistake they chose the wrong forum. Such explanations were neither valid nor in accordance with the law. And it did not show the appellant's wrongdoing, but rather that he had shown gross negligence. Appeals cannot be waived in these circumstances rred over time
