Section 25 Women and Children Facilitate Both Wives and Husband Settlement in Different Locations Wife filed a petition for transfer of her husband's case where her case is pending. Husband had previously sued X. The wife should properly look after the convenience of the woman and the children in court, while deciding the transfer request, the wife was a veil who was the caretaker of the two children who took care of both. The husband had to go through the difficulties, but the woman and the breast-feeding baby could not afford it. The only distance between the two places was to the extent that the wife could not travel with the children and could easily appear in court at the place. X Easily run family cases through the same court where the wife lived to avoid any conflicting decisions. The file filed by her husband was withdrawn and submitted to the Family Court in X for the judgment according to law. Accepted under the circumstances
