It cannot be said that the Guardian and Wards Act 1890 Section 9 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional jurisdiction of the courts where the common residence of the minor determined that the minor's father was a permanent resident and the mother was also a resident of the same place. That the minor was generally living in the place with which his grandparents' trial court had dismissed the jurisdiction filed by his mother, such a question was factual and was not decided without the support of opportunities. Could have been done. The two parties should have decided only the question of jurisdiction to include evidence at the ordinary trial court's point of residence, after which the constitutional petition was dismissed and the trial court thereby granted the ordinary residence of the minor. The question was directed to decide.
