The original civil jurisdiction of the High Court was not moved to enforce this decree, which was filed by the applicant to enforce the judgment / decree which the High Court had in its revised jurisdiction. And in view of section 37 (a) of the CPC, this was the first instance court misunderstood by the High Court and excluded accordingly.
