Section 2 30b (b) Conviction of a Reaction to Evidence, Conviction of Turning the Death Penalty to Life Imprisonment, acting under the co-accused (ie his father), non-lethal injury. The alleged accused was allegedly killed by a knife-wielding attack and the alleged motive of the incident was a dispute between the parties that took place a few months before the incident. (B) The accused sentenced to death was sentenced to death. The record did not prove the conviction or sentence for the purpose of the trial court's accuracy by any evidence, and one of the prosecution's witnesses admitted in their interim examination that he did not know the reason which led to the incident a few months. Earlier there was a dispute between the parties. At the time of the incident, the accused was a 21-year-old youth who worked under his co-accused. The father of Lhu, who had raised the caution that the victim should be killed, then launched an attack on the accused and other accomplices. None of the fatal injuries were attributed to the accused. The prosecution's case was two co-accused, who were acquitted. The death of the accused was changed to life imprisonment under which the appeal was dealt with.
