Under Whether, in the absence of any mutual arrangements under Section 503 (2B) between the governments for the examination of witnesses based in Switzerland, the Commission granted the authority to issue a commission under the power of powers Subsection (3) of Section 12 of the Accountability Act 1997, which had the capability to implement such procedure as it may be in accordance with the circumstances of the case. Whether the requests for leave to appeal are good; they have been moved. Whether the Accountability Bench was arbitrary for the commission's issuance, and if so, when the Accountability Bench used its discretion respectfully when there was no mutual arrangement between the Governments concerned to issue the Commission. Can Sections 1A, A, CCPC be rescinded by the Commission's order of issuance which gives the High Court the inherent powers which under the Regulation may give effect to the enforcement of any order or misuse of the process?
