Pakistan Penal Code Section 380 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), revocation of notice of section 439A, 249A, 417 (2) and 561A against the order of failure of trial without a competent magistrate hearing. The request for review was acquitted of the accused under Section 249A, CRPC, in view of the express orders contained in section 417 (2) before the Sessions Court, any review petition against the said order before the CRC. Was not able to appeal against the CCP, the only order for acquittal of the complainant was to file an appeal under section 171717 (2). It passed the amended jurisdiction whose case was remanded to the trial court, and was, therefore, declared to be a felony.
