Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A & 37 (3) Appeals of Complaint Appeal appeals against the decision of the Appellant (employer) Labor Court under which the complaint was filed by the employees under Section 25A of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 The application was granted, stating that the Labor Court did not have any original or otherwise discovered documents produced by employees who, according to the appellant employer, had falsely requested the appellant (s) to dispute. The labor court should be remanded with instructions to send the document to a handwriting expert for examination. The remand was obtained by the Labor Appellate Tribunal with the consent of the respondent (s), on the same occasion the remand by the Labor Appellate Tribunal was obtained in order to decide the fact in the light of the handwritten expert's report or related to the controversial document.
