The Pakistan Penal Code Section 9 Prevention Prevention of Corruption Act (Section II of II), the carbon copy of the deposition of the testimony of the prosecution witnesses defined as evidence evidence was kept on record and the only decision was typed. The copy of the case was placed in other cases after filling the amount of conviction and penalty. The prosecution had completely failed to bring the culprit to the accused beyond reasonable doubt; the cross-examination by the prosecution's witnesses could not be equated to a reasonable statement, the trial court said. The sentence awarded by the trial court was set aside and the accused acquitted in the circumstances.
