The question is whether any particular constitutional petition filed directly in the Supreme Court under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution will be removed. Testing cannot be done on this basis. The same has been filed, but this question has to be addressed in relation to the dispute raised in the constitutional petition, and if the dispute involves a question of public importance, in relation to the enforcement of any of its fundamental rights.
