Sections 15 (2) and 17 of Pakistan Pay (1973), Article 199 of the Salary Payment Act 1936, Article 199 failed to inspect the applicant / employer respondent / employee to maintain the constitutional application, thus the Authority Awarded on request under Section 15 (2). ) Instead of filing an appeal under section 17 of the Payment Wages Act, 1936, the applicant / employer had filed an application for the separation of such award and the same from the Authority. Was excluded where the alternative to appeal was available against the authority's order and was not taken advantage of, the applicant could not be allowed to violate the law by constitutional application. The old constitutional petition was excluded because it had no illegal interference or error.
