EXECUTIVE ENGINER (E) WAPDA versus RAHAT SHAH
West Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act 1958 Section 17 (1A) [as amended by the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act (XIII of 1994]] terminated the service of public servants performing their duties to the satisfaction of the authority. The services were terminated during the trial period, stating that such action was taken in accordance with the terms of the appointment of public servants.
