WATER AND POWER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY versus SHAMSHAD-UL HAQ
Pakistan Wapda Pension Rules 1977 R 5 Government employee of pension benefit and medical expenditure settlement fell into power while performing his duties as an assistant lineman on a pole and fell down after maintaining the lower body. He suffered serious injuries and, after approval, was declared illegal for further services. According to the Medical Board, a fracture caused by a public servant to crush the Medical Board was found to have been specifically committed to item 5, CL (A) of R5 of the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (Pension) Rules 1977. Was presented by a civil servant who was in constant view. After he was retired from employment, he fell into the category of irresponsible pension.
