The employee was released and, as the dismissal order granted against the employees was without legal authority, the High Court upheld the finding of the Labor Appellate Tribunal, the Labor Appellate Tribunal and the High Court upheld the evidence based on the available evidence. Full justice and no question was raised by the applicants / employer about the law of public importance; the decision of the High Court was a fair and equitable application for leave. In the circumstances the appeal was dismissed.
