Validity Petitioner challenged the validation of the Pre-Entry Test Formula where he appeared on the pre-entry test. The petitioner did not raise an objection. He expressed his grievances for challenging the formula which was adopted by the selection committee and was against the regular formulas of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Petitioner, who submitted the formula himself, however the petitioner of the High Court.
