Constitution 199 Constitution Petition The Constitution of the Constituent Assembly member in the newspapers proved that the applicant had separated from one political party and joined another party. But the petitioner had committed misconduct outside the House, not under the explanation of the House. (A) had to freely consider Article (a) of Article 63A of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973) and in the absence of any allegation, in the statements (b) and (c) of the said article. Included, it can be understood that under Article 63A (1973) of the Constitution of Pakistan by the party leader, defect outside the House was not acceptable because the Parliamentary Leader's application within the meaning of Article 63A (1973) of Pakistan. No action could be initiated against the payer. The Chief Election Commissioner, under these circumstances, had no jurisdiction to disqualify the applicant from membership of the Provincial Assembly Order of the Chief Election Commission. Mirror was declared illegal by the High Court in exercising constitutional jurisdiction
