Ordered the employee member to be restored, the National Industrial Relations Commission not only failed to take notice that the parallel operation under section 25A of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, was pending before any other authorized jurisdiction, but final. Failed to show any unusual circumstances for approval. And the complete relief of employee rehabilitation in service mechanics in a fashion in which employees are ordered to do so without justification cannot be considered a legitimate exercise of powers by the Member, National Industrial Relations Commission.
