Article 185 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan stated in the advice of the petitioners that the constitutional petition is still pending before the High Court and in this case it was immediately resolved, for leave to appeal. Do not pressure the application. Applicant's suggestion but with the consent of the parties, the petitioner's statement of the Supreme Court was satisfied that the pending constitutional petition between the parties was heard in the High Court and decided within three months. The interim relief has already been approved. The apex court will continue till the final hearing of this constitutional petition while the appeal for leave to appeal will be dealt with in the case of the parties.
