DISTRICT ACCOUNTS OFFICER-I, RAWALPINDI versus MUHAMMAD SARWAR
Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 Section 16 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) The employees of the Lahore High Court receive up to 30% of the salaries of employees who had joined the job before 1981. Until May 1994, when the same issue was stopped, the High Court had allowed the employees to pay the allowance in question in the constitutional petition under Article 199 of the Constitution filed by the employees. A decision was made on the error of the computer and the same recovery, however, the document was not kept on record to indicate that an unauthorized allowance was received from the aforesaid officer or a decision was taken by the authorized authority. The court accepted that a constitutional application based on discrimination with the employees of the High Court decision is allowed. However, by the High Court, the facts of the present case will be limited.
